Nokia Atlas leaked as Lumia 810 heads to TMobile

first_imgThough the Lumia 920 is getting most of the attention (with the more humble 820 a close second), Nokia appears to have a bevy of Windows Phones ready for launch in the coming months. Twitter informant @evleaks has once again posted an image of an as-yet-unannounced device, and this time it’s reported to be the Nokia Atlas. No specs were given, so about all that’s known is that the Atlas might be a Verizon-specific version of another Nokia phone. Which one? Back in August, there was talk of the Nokia Arrow heading to both AT&T and T-Mobile. It was thought to be a mid-range device and may in fact turn out to be the Lumia 820. If that’s the case, the Atlas may ultimately be badged as the Lumia 822 — a name that was mentioned in a bit of leaked Verizon inventory information last month. If rumors aren’t your thing, here’s some Windows Phone news that’s more substantial: T-Mobile has announced that it will soon be offering the Lumia 810. It’s a middle-of-the-road phone, with a 4.3-inch ClearBlack display behind a slab of Gorilla Glass, has HSDPA support, and an 8-megapixel Carl Zeiss camera. The 810 is a hair (almost literally at .1mm) thinner than the Lumia 820, but it’s more than 10% lighter. While the Lumia 810 doesn’t feature the bold, wrap-around tinting of the 820, you’ll still be able to pick up differently-colored backplates for it if you want to personalize the handset a bit. The 810 also offers a bit more endurance. Nokia has rated it for 10.2 hours of talk time, compared to just 7.5 hours on the 820.More at @evleaks and Windows Phone Bloglast_img
