And they’re planning a massive homecoming tonight.It is starting at Cranford Community Centre at 7.30pm Via Downings and finishing in the Carrigart Hotel for light refreshments at 8pm.Dr John Lynch, Chairman of the IABA Board of Directors, has hailed the performances of the Irish women’s squad at the EU Women’s Senior, Youth and Junior Championships in Hungary as a unique occasion for Irish amateur boxing and Irish sport.Ireland secured a record-breaking 15 – five gold, three silver and seven bronze – medals at the 23-nation Championships which concluded in Keszthely yesterday.
